I motored through these dresses at such a speed I completely forgot to take pictures of the work in progress.
I'm rather envious that the pattern wasn't in my size. I could very clearly see myself look fantastic in view A. In fact, it was just three sizes too small for me. So close, yet so far.
I came across an old piece of burgundy trilobal. About a meter and just the needed amount for view C. However, the idea of the dress just being a plain burgundy felt a little drab to me so I went the classic route of a chiffon overlay. To my surprise, this was the only chiffon in the right shade. I'm very pedantic like that. It's a blessing and a curse.

I was inspired by the example on the pattern cover and Samantha's wardrobe on Bewitched to use something really colourful for view A, something with a kaleidoscope of colours. Samantha wears the most beautiful rainbow of colours around halfway through the Bewitched series which makes this small-sized pattern even more of a bitter pill to swallow.
